About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Texas Children's Hospital West Campus. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a critical role in assessing the nutritional needs of patients, developing and implementing personalized nutrition care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement patient-specific nutrition care plans that address individual needs and goals.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote healthy eating habits and nutrition knowledge.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate nutrition principles into patient care and enhance overall health outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of nutrition-related policies and procedures.
  • Document patient care and outcomes effectively, utilizing standardized language and communication techniques.
