Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough nutritional assessments using recognized tools and standards.
  • Develop and implement effective nutrition plans, taking into account patients' age, gender, cultural, religious, and ethnic backgrounds.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify patients at nutritional risk and provide timely interventions.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient response to nutrition plans, making adjustments as needed.
  • Work closely with the Food and Nutrition Services team to enhance patient experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or a related field.
  • Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • Dietitian State license in the required states.
