Primary Care Physician

KurzSolutions is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team at the Fayetteville VA Medical Center. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our nation\u2019s heroes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general medicine services to patients in an ambulatory care setting.
- Perform history and physical exams, make electronic progress notes, and schedule return visits.
- Request consultations from specialists and subspecialists as needed.
- Participate in quality management activities and hold routine administrative duties.
- Attend medical staff and service-level meetings.
- Enter all medical documentation in the Computerized Patient Records Systems (CPRS) and electronically sign all.
- Enter orders and prescriptions electronically using CPRS, as appropriate.
Requirements:
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) or American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM).
- Must have current license to practice medicine in any state, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States of Columbia.
- Must have 5 years experience minimum.
- Must have current certification in Basic Life Support certified by the American Heart Association.

The Fayetteville VA Medical Center is a general medicine, surgery, and mental health facility. It is a Complexity level 2 medical center and is authorized 58 general medical, surgical, and mental health beds. It also maintains a 69-bed long-term care unit.
