Job Title: Lead Supervisor

The Lead Supervisor plays a vital role in the success of our store, embodying the behaviors necessary to drive sales and operational processes. This individual demonstrates exceptional performance, representing Coach at its highest standards. They serve as a versatile team member, adapting to various roles within the store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by understanding organizational objectives and making informed decisions in partnership with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
  • Endorse and model Coach's Selling and Service expectations, developing the team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Enforce sales strategies, initiatives, and growth across all categories, working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
  • Maximize clienteling strategy, monitoring progress to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Build credibility and trust with the team and customers, serving as a personal fashion advisor to drive business results.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the local market, driving brand loyalty and business through charity events, local associations, and mall initiatives.
  • Develop both self and individual product knowledge skills, remaining aware of current collections.
  • Understand the positive sales impact of staffing on the business, recruiting accordingly.
  • Coach, develop, and motivate the team on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to meet goals and utilize Company tools.
Operational Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards, adapting to the needs of the business.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen, interacting and communicating with supervisors on a regular basis.
  • Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the building, partnering with the corporate office.
  • Understand and use all retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.
  • Adhere to all applicable Coach retail policies and procedures, including POS and Operations procedures.

Additional Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Physical: Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively with customers and team, and maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room.
