Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat patients in a compassionate and care-centered outpatient setting
- Assess, diagnose, prescribe, and administer therapeutic measures and treatment regimes
- Consult, plan, and implement collaborative management, referrals, or transfer of care as appropriate
- Practice within standards consistent with those established by the New Hampshire State Board for licensure
- Maintain up-to-date and timely records and documentation
- Allocate sufficient time for effective patient care, including direct patient care and administrative/documentation work
- Maintain confidentiality as it applies to all state, federal, and company guidelines
- Consultation and referral
- Routine office visits
- Medication management
- Referral to specialists when appropriate
- Collaboration and support across provider group
- On Call Rotation
- Licensed or able to obtain a license in the State of New Hampshire
- Part-time and/or full-time positions available
- Pediatric experience a plus, as we seek additional support on our Peds team
