About the Role

PMC Medical Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in a dynamic and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat patients in a compassionate and care-centered outpatient setting
  • Assess, diagnose, prescribe, and administer therapeutic measures and treatment regimes
  • Consult, plan, and implement collaborative management, referrals, or transfer of care as appropriate
  • Practice within standards consistent with those established by the New Hampshire State Board for licensure
  • Maintain up-to-date and timely records and documentation
  • Allocate sufficient time for effective patient care, including direct patient care and administrative/documentation work
  • Maintain confidentiality as it applies to all state, federal, and company guidelines
Services Provided
  • Consultation and referral
  • Routine office visits
  • Medication management
  • Referral to specialists when appropriate
  • Collaboration and support across provider group
  • On Call Rotation
Requirements
  • Licensed or able to obtain a license in the State of New Hampshire
  • Part-time and/or full-time positions available
  • Pediatric experience a plus, as we seek additional support on our Peds team
