About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Test Equipment Engineering Directorate at Raytheon as a Principal Electrical Engineer. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating electrical test systems for our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical test systems, including interface assemblies and test instruments.
  • Contribute to the completion of all stages of test product development, including technical, cost, and schedule management.
  • Act independently to uncover and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of test products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and eight (8) years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced degree and five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance.
  • Experience with electrical engineering design, including troubleshooting, analysis, and test.
  • Experience with commonly used electrical engineering design and analysis tools, including Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, and Creo Schematic.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master of Science degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
  • Ability to provide technical leadership in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Experience performing analog, digital, and/or RF design.
