Key ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Trust Administration: Managing trust distributions and payments, preparing regular financial statements, eFiling necessary documents, and maintaining the trust database.
- Estate Administration: Overseeing the complete administration of estates, including the preparation and review of estate documents, asset valuation, and distribution of assets to beneficiaries.
- Client Interaction: Serving as the primary contact for inquiries related to trusts and estates, ensuring clear communication with clients, trustees, and beneficiaries.
- Collaboration: Working closely with attorneys and other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient administration process.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- A minimum of four years of relevant experience in estate and trust administration, preferably within a legal or corporate fiduciary environment.
- A comprehensive understanding of trust and estate administration processes and timelines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and trust accounting software.
