Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Partner to join our dynamic team across all practice areas. As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert legal advice to clients, develop and implement case strategies, and represent clients in court. Your leadership skills and ability to mentor junior lawyers and legal staff will be essential in fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice to clients across all practice areas, with a focus on trust and estates, estate planning, and family law.
• Develop and implement case strategies, ensuring the most effective resolution for clients.
• Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and making compelling arguments.
• Lead and mentor junior lawyers and legal staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Contribute to the firm's business development efforts, building relationships with potential clients and identifying new opportunities for growth.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest legal developments and changes in law, applying this knowledge to your work.
• Uphold the highest standards of legal and ethical conduct.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Partner position should possess the following qualifications:
• A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in trust and estates, estate planning, and family law.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
• A high level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding legal and ethical standards.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• A client-focused approach, with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
