Sales and Account Manager for SaaS Growth

Drive revenue growth, develop strategic client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction as a Sales & Account Manager.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed targets. Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calls, emails, and presentations.
- Client Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Onboarding Process: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, setting them up for success with our platform.
- Product Demonstrations: Showcase the features and benefits of our SaaS solution to potential clients through product demonstrations and webinars.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present tailored sales proposals, quotes, and contracts that meet client needs.
- Clinical Record Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs to position our solutions effectively.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and relay customer feedback to contribute to continuous platform improvement.
- Reporting: Generate regular sales reports for the direct manager, providing insights and recommendations for strategy adjustments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Industry Events: Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our software, generate leads, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Phone Call Management: Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls related to sales inquiries, customer support, and account management, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in SaaS sales and account management or similar fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite is required.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client accounts effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build long-term relationships is required.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills are required.

We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary plus commission or higher commission structure without base salary, depending on candidate preference and experience.
