Job Description

A forward-thinking revenue growth company, based out of the New York area, is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Enterprise Sales Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Sales Generation: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets through outbound sales activities such as cold calls, emails, and presentations.
  • Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they are set up for success with Dragin.io's platform.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and webinars to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of Dragin.io.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position Dragin.io's solutions.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect and relay customer feedback to the product development team to contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform.
  • Reporting: Generate regular sales and account management reports for the direct manager, providing insights and recommendations for strategy adjustments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Trade Shows and Events: Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the software, generate leads, and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Phone Call Management: Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls related to sales inquiries, customer support, and account management, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
