Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with branch managers and operations teams to ensure efficient customer deliveries and profitability in market operations.
  • Work with branch managers to develop sales projections and budgets, and provide leadership and guidance to ensure market success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with major market customers, and train counter staff to provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and supervise time reporting to the payroll department, and ensure compliance with company hiring procedures.
  • Determine facility and equipment needs, and ensure proper maintenance to optimize inventory levels and control.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of prior management experience and industry-related expertise.
  • Cross-functional proficiency in finance, operations, HR, supply chain, and sales.
  • Product expertise in sealants, glass & glazing, firestopping, and below-grade waterproofing.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with analytical problem-solving and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dependable with a current state-issued driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
