\u2022 Enter and generate all invoicing for Maintainer Corp of Iowa.

\u2022 Enter cash receipts into computer and generate deposit slips.

\u2022 Scan all deposits into electronic file software.

\u2022 Enter invoices into Accounts Payable daily.

\u2022 Scan invoices to electronic file software.

\u2022 Maintain recurring payments and type manual checks.

\u2022 Generate all Accounts Payable checks on a weekly basis.

\u2022 Answer and transfer all incoming calls using a multi-line phone console with paging system.

\u2022 Act as a receptionist for clients, visitors, vendors, and job applicants.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
