At Maintainer Corp of Iowa, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Administrator to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Billing Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, cash receipts, and deposit slips. This role will also involve operating a multi-line telephone console, answering and transferring calls, and providing receptionist services for clients, visitors, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Accounts Receivable:
- Enter and generate all invoicing for Maintainer Corp of Iowa.
- Enter cash receipts into computer and generate deposit slips.
- Scan all deposits into electronic file software.
- Accounts Payable:
- Enter invoices into Accounts Payable daily.
- Scan invoices to electronic file software.
- Maintain recurring payments and type manual checks.
- Generate all Accounts Payable checks on a weekly basis.
- Receptionist Services:
- Answer and transfer all incoming calls using a multi-line phone console with paging system.
- Act as a receptionist for clients, visitors, vendors, and job applicants.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Pickup, sort, and distribute mail daily.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks as directed by the Chief Financial Officer.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of knowledge, skill, and ability required.
- Two-year associate degree in accounting or a related field preferred.
- One to Three years prior accounting experience in a manufacturing environment also preferred.
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Possesses basic computer and keyboarding skills.
- Familiar with all Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
$19-22 Hourly Wage
