Job Title: Demand Generation Manager, Enterprise SaaS

Samsung SDS America is seeking a seasoned Demand Generation Manager to drive awareness, engage prospects, and generate high-quality leads for our Enterprise SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and messaging.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, LinkedIn Campaigns, PPC, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Implement lead generation and nurturing programs to move prospects through the buyer's journey.
  • Work closely with sales teams to optimize lead handoff and ensure alignment.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance and use data-driven insights to improve results.
  • Maintain and improve the lead generation database by ensuring lead data accuracy and performing regular data cleaning.
  • Leverage data broker to enrich data and propose enhancements to improve lead and audience targeting.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to develop and execute campaigns, track performance, and measure ROI.
  • Implement lead scoring and nurturing workflows to optimize lead quality and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and create reports to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to key stakeholders on campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in demand generation and digital marketing, with a focus on B2B technology companies.
  • Experience in the B2B technology sector with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Familiarity with relevant software or tools related to Email Marketing Automation platforms, Google Suite, content creation, internal communications, and marketing.
  • Knowledge of email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to drive campaign optimization.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience in creating and managing alliances with media for content syndication.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, email marketing software).
  • Hands-on experience and proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, PPC, SEO, and other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience with Eloqua is a strong plus.
  • Certifications related to marketing or communications are a plus.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and procurement space is a plus.
