Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Representative to join our team at INX International Ink Co. in Schaumburg. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for managing and processing orders received by email and telephone from external customers and INX employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare orders for billing and related functions
  • Receive, investigate, and respond to customer concerns about product, service, or billing
  • Perform consignment inventory and billing functions
  • Prepare reports for management and customers
  • Provide administrative support to mini plant accounts by entering data associated with inventory capture movement and relief, either stock or customer filled
  • Perform searches for internal and external procurement of materials, both raw and finished goods; maintain all related mini plant data in SAP
Requirements
  • High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective communication with peers and customers
  • Good computer skills (intermediate) in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal, written, reading comprehension, and professional phone manner
  • Good math skills including fractions, decimals, percentages, and discounts
  • Excellent problem-solving skills involving several variables in standard situations
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in multi-tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree from 2-year college or trade school
  • SAP experience and proficient with Microsoft Suite programs
  • International export experience
