Nurse Coding Specialist

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a skilled Nurse Reviewer to join our team. This remote opportunity offers a six-month contract with potential for extension or full-time offer.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly experienced Nurse Reviewer to work on a COC/SPD project, building out coding for our benefit plans. The successful candidate will determine which codes belong to the language in the benefit plans, review peer-designated coding, facilitate discussions, and participate in project meetings.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement coding strategies for benefit plans
- Review and validate coding accuracy
- Collaborate with peers to resolve coding discrepancies
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates
- Review audit results and adjust coding as necessary
- High School Diploma or GED
- RN license in state of residence
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare
- Experience with coding and coding systems
