Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Payroll Manager to take charge of our payroll operations. This role is essential in ensuring that payroll is processed accurately and punctually for all employees. Your keen attention to detail will be vital in managing direct deposits, deductions, garnishments, earnings, and tax modifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all payroll processing activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate biweekly payroll completion.
  • Provide comprehensive post-payroll reporting as required.
  • Maintain electronic employee records and payroll documentation.
  • Deliver exceptional service while addressing payroll discrepancies.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a two-year degree in business or accounting, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years in payroll administration or related fields is required, along with experience in finance and accounting functions such as accounts receivable and payable.

Strong organizational skills, efficiency, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with payroll systems like ADP and HRIS is highly preferred. Knowledge of payroll regulations and state and federal employment laws is crucial.
