General Manager Opportunity at Firehouse Subs

Firehouse Subs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the restaurant operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health and safety standards.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness.
  • Manage food and labor costs, and maintain profitability through effective inventory management and labor scheduling.
  • Coordinate and implement company initiatives and game plans to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a strong team of Assistant Managers and Shift Managers.
  • Actively participate in local restaurant marketing and community affairs to drive sales and public relations opportunities.
  • Represent Firehouse Subs in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of management experience in the fast-casual industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
