Requirements:

  • Microsoft certifications valued

  • Researching, comparing and implementing technical solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of office equipment and general office operations
  • Experience in advanced IT troubleshooting tools and techniques
  • Strong technical skills and ability to keep up with new developments in the IT industry
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to accomplish goals
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced interrupt driven environment
  • Experience with products like MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, Exchange and Active Directory


Work Environment:
Normal office working conditions. The noise level in the work environment is quiet to moderate except occasional work in a noisy production area where hearing protection is required and supplied.
