- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and network systems

- Manage backup systems and processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience in information technology related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Help Desk technician
- Microsoft certifications valued

- Advanced knowledge of office equipment and general office operations
- Experience in advanced IT troubleshooting tools and techniques
- Strong technical skills and ability to keep up with new developments in the IT industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to accomplish goals
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced interrupt driven environment
- Experience with products like MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, Exchange and Active Directory
Work Environment:
Normal office working conditions. The noise level in the work environment is quiet to moderate except occasional work in a noisy production area where hearing protection is required and supplied.
