We are committed to training individuals in the fields of Science and Human Behavior, aiming to positively impact the lives of children with Autism.

We are looking for a qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in both clinic and home environments. RBTs will also have the opportunity to assist BCBAs in training new staff on essential ABA techniques and company policies. Lead RBTs will enjoy expanded responsibilities, including participation in new client evaluations and facilitating group therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Possess a valid and current RBT certification
  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Provide one-on-one support to children with special needs
  • Collaborate effectively with team members in group settings
  • Punctuality and strong communication skills are essential
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of ABA
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation are required

Job Type: Both Part-Time and Full-Time positions are available.

Compensation: $20-$25 per hour, based on experience.
