Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain chemical dispensing equipment, commercial dish machines, and on-premise laundry equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide training and coaching to Senior Field Service Technicians
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a field service or maintenance role
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 30% of the time
