Transportation Coordinator

The Shuttle Driver role at Aimbridge Hospitality is an exciting opportunity to join our team and provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for transporting guests to designated locations, assisting with luggage, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness. You will also be required to have strong analytical and navigation skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple pick-ups and drop-offs on a schedule under continuously changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:
- Transport guests to designated locations in a safe and timely manner
- Assist guests with luggage and other items as needed
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure that it is always presentable
- Coordinate multiple pick-ups and drop-offs on a schedule under continuously changing circumstances
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
- A valid driver's license for the applicable state
- A minimum of one year driving experience
- An acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record)
- The ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- The ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- The ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
