**Job Title:** Clinical Nursing Leader

**Salary:** $85,000 - $110,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our surgical specialty unit at the University of New Mexico Hospitals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership skills.

Job Description:

  • Supervise and direct a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement effective nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure transparency and accountability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a hospital setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • CPR certification and ability to work independently
