Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Neuroscience ICU team at the University of New Mexico - Hospitals. As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while providing clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff.

In this role, you will be responsible for assigning nurses and technicians to patients, designating shift and schedule assignments, and ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet patient census. You will also provide clinical guidance and support to staff members, promoting a positive work environment and quality patient care. Additionally, you will participate in strategic initiatives such as quality improvement and monitoring, TJC compliance, Magnet Recognition, recruitment and retention of staff, and patient and employee satisfaction.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position working nights with a 1.00 FTE and salary range $93,426 - $140,046 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented nurse with excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
* 2 years of direct experience in a healthcare setting
* Current RN licensure in New Mexico or reciprocal agreement
* Nationally accredited nursing graduate certification (optional)
