Your Role as a Pie Line Employee:

  • Key Responsibilities: Adhere to Production SOPs for morning setup, daily tasks, changeovers, and end-of-day clean-up procedures on all equipment. Follow established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and product specifications to ensure a safe and wholesome quality product.
  • Create the dough, sugar mix, and prepare fruit for the production line. Monitor and replenish all flour hoppers, sugar hoppers, and pan droppers while making necessary machine adjustments.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
  • Skills Required: Basic math skills, understanding of Units of Measurement and measurement conversion, and multitasking abilities.
  • Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Food manufacturing experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent lifting (up to 100lbs), bending, twisting, climbing, and standing.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily in a bakery manufacturing setting, including refrigerated or frozen areas.
