We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Athenahealth. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the design, development, and deployment of nursing workflows and services related to our electronic health record product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies to improve nursing workflows and patient care.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, user experience, and analytics, to design and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop business cases to support product development.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and requirements documents.
  • Partner with sales, customer success, and other internal teams to drive customer adoption and retention.
  • Travel to customer sites to conduct user research and gather feedback.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, with 2-4 years of formal product management experience or related experience driving results cross-functionally.
  • Agile experience or certification a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to distill complex problems and design effective and scalable solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
