Job Title: Deputy Program Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Program Manager to join our team at Cole Engineering Services. As a key member of our program management team, you will assist the Program Manager in overseeing the overall contract and ensuring its successful execution. Key Responsibilities: * Leadership and direction of all program activities and personnel, including supervising CESI and subcontractor personnel * Formulating and communicating policies and procedures * Developing and executing project schedules * Producing financial and technical reports showing project status to customers and upper management * Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members * Managing risk mitigation strategies * Serving as the single point of contact for all customer reporting, issues, or concerns * Performing horizontal integration planning * Interfacing frequently with other functional areas, such as subcontracts, project control, and support personnel * Ensuring technical solutions and schedules are implemented effectively and efficiently * Overseeing the development, testing, documentation, fielding, and support of complex training systems and equipment * Ensuring the highest quality of task completion, meeting contractual performance criteria, and deliverables in accordance with the contract Requirements: * Demonstrated ability to lead and manage an organization of more than 50 personnel with annual revenue exceeding $10M * Must have demonstrated success in all phases of acquisition management, including scheduling, risk management, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration * Experience in managing the design, development, test, fielding, and operation of complex training systems * Demonstrated and consistent success in achieving or exceeding financial goals and customer satisfaction metrics * Ability to establish an effective working relationship with senior-level customers, technical staff, managers, and peers * Exceptional communication abilities, with a demonstrated capability to coordinate and align efforts between government customers, executives, subcontractors, and team members * Proficiency in computer usage and analyzing comprehensive financial reporting * Must have a working knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, and EVMS principles, including integration of cost and schedule information Preferred Qualifications: * PMP or DAU level III PM certification, or ability to obtain within one year of hire Security Clearance: This position requires U.S. Citizenship status and a Secret security clearance.
