Key Responsibilities


• Accurately record daily banking transactions within the company’s financial systems across multiple currencies.


• Oversee accounts receivable processes, which include invoicing and collections for customers and providers.


• Assist in managing accounts payable tasks, such as:

o vendor oversight

o processing vendor payments

o generating monthly budget versus actual reports


• Ensure the General Ledger is maintained and monitored for accuracy.


• Handle approvals for travel, credit card, and expense reports in accordance with company policy.


• Provide support for payroll processing.


• Aid in the preparation and filing of tax returns.


• Maintain accurate state records and ensure compliance with regulations.


• Assist in the analysis of commission structures.

Qualifications


• Proficient in QuickBooks Pro, MS Excel, and Adobe software.


• Strong organizational capabilities with an emphasis on detail and follow-through.


• Competent data entry skills.


• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.


• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).


• Solid grasp of fundamental bookkeeping and accounting principles related to payables and receivables.


• Demonstrated ability to calculate, post, and manage financial records and accounting figures.


• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.


• A minimum of three years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting capacity.

Compensation Range: $65,000-$75,000 annually

Work Arrangement: Hybrid or remote options available
