As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
  • The salary for this role is $15/hour plus a monthly production bonus equal to $2/hr., totaling $17/hour.
  • Prior experience in a medical office or customer service is a plus, but not required.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our physical therapists and other support staff to ensure seamless patient care. You will also participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling appointments and managing patient schedules
  • Collecting co-pays and handling financial transactions
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families
  • Maintaining accurate records and data
  • Performing various administrative tasks as needed
