We are looking for a Medical Assistance Advocate to support the annual enrollment process for patients accessing coverage for their prescribed medications.

This is a hybrid-remote position with flexible schedules and training provided onsite. The estimated salary for this position is $17.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Patient Advocacy: Communicate daily with patients/authorized representatives on eligibility based on PAP criteria and healthcare providers to manage expectations.
  • Treatment Scheduling: Schedule treatments to be sent to the patient or healthcare provider.
  • Phone Support: Support inbound and outbound phone lines for the PAP program.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Two years of work experience in pharmacy, managed care, Medicaid and/or Medicare organizations, pharmaceutical and/or biotech manufacturer, insurance, medical office, or related field.
