Key Responsibilities:

  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Production Support: Assist in developing and prioritizing work orders with maintenance management and production supervision to ensure minimal downtime and optimal production levels.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Complete daily preventative maintenance checks and support the preventative maintenance process on the shift.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training and coaching operators in daily preventative maintenance checks and support the development of maintenance personnel.
  • Project Support: Assist in line commissioning after maintenance/process events and participate in other plant projects as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with maintenance management, production supervision, and operators to ensure seamless operation of the manufacturing process.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 0+ years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Skills: Strong background in manufacturing systems, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems; experience with PLC Logic technology and extrusion process; ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings; strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications: Will meet qualification and certification requirements established by The Azek Company's Training Resources and Knowledge (TRAK) program.
