Responsibilities:

This is a full-time opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for:
  • Greeting patients and visitors, and creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Providing outstanding customer service, both in person and on the phone.
  • Managing administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a receptionist or in a customer service field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
