Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced attorney to join our Technology Transactions Group in Boston.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and excellent communication skills, with 4-6 years of transactional and licensing experience, focused on representing life science companies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Counseling clients on day-to-day matters
  • Leading the structure and negotiation of complex strategic transactions
  • Developing and implementing effective deal strategies

We offer a competitive salary of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.
