Role: Sales Program Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution, measurement, and enhancement of the Sales Associate program.
  • Foster a strong team culture emphasizing accountability and performance.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new Sales Associates.
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to design coverage strategies and identify business development opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Sales Enablement team to impart necessary sales skills.
  • Act as the lead sales coach to develop and evaluate sales competencies.
  • Integrate existing Sales Associates into the new program seamlessly.
  • Create and manage materials that support skill development, including guides and e-learning resources.
  • Supervise the daily responsibilities of the team.
  • Ensure the successful progression of Sales Associates through each program phase.
  • Utilize various sales tools to assess performance and progression.
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish a scalable system for tracking program progress.
  • Assist in identifying career path options for program graduates and coordinate with hiring managers for optimal role placements.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably at SS&C Intralinks.
  • Experience as a sales mentor or coach.
  • A genuine passion for developing others and fostering success.
  • Strong sales acumen and operational discipline.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Process-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • A positive attitude that inspires others.
  • Proven track record of facilitating cross-functional teamwork.
  • Basic experience in project design and execution.
  • Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC).
