Operate dishwashing machinery to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation of all dining ware, glassware, and cutlery.

Carefully return all clean items to their designated storage locations, taking care to minimize breakage.


Wash pots, pans, and kitchen utensils following proper sanitation procedures and store them appropriately.

Sweep and mop kitchen and dining area floors.

Dispose of waste from food and beverage areas into designated receptacles.

Ensure cleanliness of the back dock and waste disposal area.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
