Fanatics is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Global Payroll to oversee and manage payroll operations for our diverse and geographically dispersed workforce.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with local and international payroll regulations, and continuous improvement of payroll systems and processes.
- Manage payroll for multiple countries, including the North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and other regions.
- Handle complex payroll calculations including salary adjustments, equity distributions, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to integrate payroll systems with other HR and financial systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in payroll management, with at least 3 years in a global or multi-country payroll role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations in multiple countries.
- Experience with payroll software and systems, such as Oracle, ADP, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification.
