Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with company standards and service-level agreements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years in a supervisory or management role within healthcare reimbursement or related fields.
  • Proven experience in managing remote teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement processes, including coding and billing.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant practice management experience is preferred.

Skills Required:

  • In-depth knowledge of private payer, Medicare, and Medicaid systems.
  • Familiarity with patient privacy regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
