Key Responsibilities:
- Media Content Management: Oversee media assets throughout their production lifecycle. Responsibilities include coordinating reviews with educators and students, maintaining quality assurance and editorial timelines, and preparing materials for editing and publication. Media assets may encompass ebooks, interactive quizzes, instructor guides, multimedia content, and digital resources.
- Communication Coordination: Engage professionally with editorial teams, authors, academic staff, vendors, and marketing personnel to synchronize production timelines and content delivery. This involves managing communications, following up on inquiries, and proactively addressing messages.
- Project Support: Collaborate with the media editorial team to advance various multi-faceted projects, ensuring adherence to publishing schedules for both new and revised materials.
- Editorial Oversight: Serve as the primary editor for selected online publications and other editorial tasks, guiding authors from initial content selection to final publication.
- Accessibility Assurance: Work with digital teams to ensure all media content meets accessibility standards. This includes reviewing alt text for various formats and conducting thorough evaluations of ebooks to ensure they accurately represent the content.
- Document Management: Create and manage documents in various formats to support project workflows, maintain tracking systems, and organize submissions related to contracts and project timelines.
- Data Analysis: Extract and compile data from internal systems and various sources to support decision-making processes.
- Market Analysis: Assist in researching trends in online education to inform content development strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Eligibility to work in the US.
