Position: Surgical Services Technician - PRN

Shift: Rotating

On-Call/Weekend Availability Required

ROLE OVERVIEW:
  • Responsible for maintaining sterile conditions during surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
  • Assists with Sterile Processing duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • Completion of an accredited surgical technician program is preferred.
  • Graduation from an Operating Room Technician (ORT) school is advantageous.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Certification as an Operating Room Technician is preferred.
  • BLS certification is mandatory.
EXPERIENCE:
  • A minimum of two years of experience as a surgical technician is required.
  • Experience in a freestanding Ambulatory Surgery Center is a plus.

COMPENSATION:
Salary range: Minimum $24.85 per hour - Maximum $40.99 per hour. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications for similar roles.
