Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Aesthetician to join our team at SkinSpirit. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for providing clients with personalized skincare consultations, developing treatment plans, and performing a range of treatments, including clinical facials, extractions, and chemical peels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with comprehensive skincare consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Perform a range of treatments, including clinical facials, extractions, and chemical peels
  • Educate clients on treatment processes and provide pre and post-treatment care instructions
  • Acknowledge and respond to client queries and needs
  • Apply best practices and stay up-to-date with market trends and techniques
  • Ensure client safety at all times
  • Suggest and promote retail products and additional services offered by SkinSpirit
  • Clean and maintain equipment and inventory of products
  • Follow established treatment protocols
  • Generate and maintain a client base
  • Attend training and meetings as required
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • CA State Aesthetician license required
  • Medical Assistant certification
  • 2+ years of aesthetician experience desired
  • Existing clientele is a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Proficient with email
  • Social Media experience a plus
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of standing, bending, or stooping
  • Use of hands and arms to finger, handle, feel, or control things
  • Reaching with hands and arms
  • Repeating of same movements
  • Talking and hearing

Pay Range

Compensation will be determined based on candidate experience, clinic size, clinic location, and market.
