Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Aesthetician to join our team. As a Clinical Aesthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services to our clients, including consultations, treatment planning, and treatment execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized skincare consultations to clients, assessing their skin concerns and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Perform a range of skincare treatments, including clinical facials, extractions, medical-grade chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and micropenning.
• Educate clients on skincare processes, including pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
• Respond to client queries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and techniques, applying best practices in skincare treatments.
• Suggest and promote retail products and additional services offered by SkinSpirit.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• CA State Aesthetician license required.
• Medical Assistant certification.
• 2+ years of aesthetician experience desired.
• Existing clientele is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing, bending, or stooping.
• Use of hands and arms to finger, handle, feel, or control things.
• Reaching with hands and arms.
• Repeating of same movements.
• Talking and hearing.

Pay Range: $ per hour*

*Compensation will be determined based on candidate experience, clinic size, clinic location, and market.
