Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Aesthetician to join our team. As a Clinical Aesthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services to our clients, including consultations, treatment planning, and treatment execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized skincare consultations to clients, assessing their skin concerns and developing tailored treatment plans.
- Perform a range of skincare treatments, including clinical facials, extractions, medical-grade chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and micropenning.
- Educate clients on skincare processes, including pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
- Respond to client queries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and techniques, applying best practices in skincare treatments.
- Suggest and promote retail products and additional services offered by SkinSpirit.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- CA State Aesthetician license required.
- Medical Assistant certification.
- 2+ years of aesthetician experience desired.
- Existing clientele is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing, bending, or stooping.
- Use of hands and arms to finger, handle, feel, or control things.
- Reaching with hands and arms.
- Repeating of same movements.
- Talking and hearing.
Pay Range: $ per hour*
*Compensation will be determined based on candidate experience, clinic size, clinic location, and market.
