Job Summary:

The Aesthetic Skincare Specialist will be responsible for providing clients with personalized skincare consultations, developing treatment plans, and performing various treatments to achieve optimal results. This role requires a high level of expertise in skincare and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough skincare consultations to understand clients' needs and objectives
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to address clients' concerns and goals
  • Perform a range of treatments, including clinical facials, extractions, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and micropenning
  • Educate clients on treatment processes, pre and post-treatment care, and product usage
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve treatment outcomes and client satisfaction
  • Ensure client safety and well-being at all times
  • Suggest and promote retail products and services to enhance client experience and revenue growth
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and protocols
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the growth of the company

Requirements:

  • CA State Aesthetician license required
  • Medical Assistant certification
  • 2+ years of aesthetician experience desired
  • Existing clientele is a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in email and basic computer skills
  • Social media experience a plus
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing, bending, or stooping
  • Use of hands and arms to perform treatments and handle equipment
  • Reaching, talking, and hearing
  • Occasional periods of sitting, crawling, kneeling, climbing, or balancing
  • Pushing or pulling heavy objects and/or machinery
