Clinical Aesthetician

Job Summary:
The Skincare Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences, delivering personalized skincare treatments, and promoting a culture of excellence within our esteemed organization, SkinSpirit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their skincare needs and objectives.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, including clinical facials, extractions, medical-grade chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and micropenning.
- Educate clients on treatment processes, pre and post-treatment care instructions, and promote retail products and additional services.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to established treatment protocols and best practices.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and communication.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with market trends and techniques.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support the growth of SkinSpirit.
Requirements:
- Current CA State Aesthetician license.
- Medical Assistant certification.
- 2+ years of aesthetician experience, with existing clientele a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
- Proficient in email communication and basic computer skills.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of standing, bending, or stooping, as well as use of hands and arms to perform treatments.
- Occasional periods of sitting, crawling, kneeling, climbing, or balancing.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate, determined based on candidate experience, clinic size, location, and market conditions.
