Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Quality Engineer to oversee the quality assurance processes within our manufacturing operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our products consistently meet or exceed the expectations of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project development teams by addressing quality-related concerns, analyzing measurement data, and applying statistical methods and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in conducting both internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities, performing root cause analyses, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to mitigate defects.
  • Establish and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) to track trends, identify defects, and promote continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related Applied Sciences discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the quality engineering or assurance field.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001 standards is preferred, along with knowledge of ISO9001, AS9100, ISO13485, or IATF16949.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ASQ certification is a plus.

Compensation:

The annual salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $130,000, with variations based on skills, experience, and educational background.
