Job Summary

JobRialto is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to provide support to our Production Teams. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform inspections and verifications to ensure conformance with product specifications
  • Work with limited direct supervision to ensure the quality of our products and services
  • Use precision measuring equipment such as surface plates, height gauges, and digital calipers to perform inspections
  • Enter non-conforming material into master logs and proficiently use TipQA, Oracle, and EFIR systems programs
  • Have the ability to use basic data entry skills while using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Work with a Quality mindset with attention to detail and apply written requirements to components
  • Read and understand the decimal system and fraction tables and apply for disposition of criteria
  • Have knowledge of welding, reading weld symbols, and interpreting weld drawings
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in a Quality Inspection/Quality Auditor role
  • High School or Equivalent education
Preferred Skills
  • Ensures parts, components, and assemblies are conforming to engineered blueprints and are in compliance with Quality requirements
  • Prepares, executes, and maintains various inspection records, forms, reports, and quality record files as required
  • Ensure proper care and maintenance of inspection equipment
