We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional patient care.

Competitive Salary

The salary range for this position is $32.57 - $55.09 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Summary

This Registered Nurse will be responsible for advocating and utilizing the nursing process to provide holistic care to patients of all ages along the health continuum.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the professional scope of practice and the ANA nurse practice standards, and will meet these standards legally and professionally and ethically.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in education and training programs to maintain current knowledge and skills

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred
  • Licensed in the State of Vermont
  • BLS Certification through American Heart Association
  • Unit-specific certifications as required (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC) per specific department operational framework

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior related nursing experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in acute-care nursing, knowledge, and skills
