Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Partner with patients, families, and care teams to provide holistic care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain knowledge of professional scope of practice, ANA nurse practice standards, and unit-specific certifications as required.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
  • Prior related nursing experience is a plus.
  • Licensed in the State of Vermont.
  • BLS Certification through American Heart Association.
  • Unit-specific certifications as required.
  • Completion of endorsed patient/visitor de-escalation and restraint program certification.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $32.57 - $55.09 per hour, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering high-quality patient care.
