About the Role

This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment, utilizing the nursing process to advocate for patients of all ages and backgrounds.

As a RN at RRMC, you will partner with patients, families, and care teams to deliver holistic care, recognizing the integral role each plays in that care. Your knowledge of professional scope and ANA nurse practice standards will guide your actions, ensuring legal, professional, and ethical decision-making.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient conditions and reassess priorities as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of professional best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred)
  • New Graduate Nurses must complete the RRMC Nurse Residency Program post-hire
  • Prior related nursing experience is preferred but not required
Licenses and Certifications

You must hold:

  • A current Vermont nursing license
  • BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
  • Unit-specific certifications (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC) per department framework
  • Completion of endorsed patient/visitor de-escalation and restraint program certification based on unit guidelines
Pay Information

This role offers a competitive salary range of $32.57 - $55.09 per hour.
