Job Overview

  6. Serve as a subject matter expert for the EMR application, providing training and support to super users.
  7. Address system issues promptly and accurately with minimal supervision.
  8. Collaborate with EMR vendors to resolve complex issues efficiently.
  9. Identify upcoming EMR functionalities and prepare training ahead of their release.
  10. Utilize software maintenance and reporting tools as necessary.
  11. Employ analytical and problem-solving skills effectively.
  12. Proactively identify and recommend enhancements to processes, workflows, and applications.
  13. Perform additional duties as required.

Language Proficiency:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various business documents, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Mathematical Skills:

Technical Skills:

Successful candidates should possess knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Ability to troubleshoot basic computer, printer, and peripheral device issues, both hardware and operating system-related.

Education and Experience:

Associate's degree (A.A. / A.S.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or two to four years of relevant experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience. A minimum of one year of project management experience in overseeing small to medium-sized projects is preferred.
