Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise restaurant staff during shifts, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient operations
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and coordinating with suppliers
Balance cash registers, manage reservations, and handle customer complaints
Report maintenance and training needs to the General Manager

Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
$36,000.00/year
